We very much regret signing up with TCR just about a year ago. We have had one problem after another and they have NO customer service whatsoever. I would give them ZERO stars if I could After signing up with them and paying them $3,649 they assigned us a lawyer who did absolutely nothing for us. The lawyer told us that we made a mistake signing up with TCR because our mortgage was paid up and we were paid up on our maintenance fees – therefore no timeshare company would be willing to cancel our timeshare – REALLY!! When I reported this back to TCR they assigned us another lawyer. In the meantime the previous lawyer had sent a letter to our timeshare (better late than never?) telling them to cease and desist contacting us. Our Timeshare then sent a response letter to this previous lawyer and copied us stating that the lawyer that TCR had assigned to us was not even registered in the state where our timeshare is located??!!I then have e-mailed and left numerous voicemails with TCR about finding out why they would have assigned us to a lawyer that was not registered in the state where our timeshare is located and furthermore I wanted to know if the new lawyer they assigned us was registered in this state. I had an initial response to my e-mail to TCR over 2 months ago stating to be patient they were working on this. Since then I have sent follow up e-mails and voicemails and have had absolutely No response from TCR. I am wondering if they are still in business? Over the year timeframe that we have been working with them I keep getting told my rep has left and get assigned new people. I now received a voicemail from my Timeshare stating that they do not take back timeshares and the the Timeshare Exit companies should already know this about our timeshare – they have never and will never take back timeshares. Did TCR know this when they took us as clients. I feel we deserve a full refund of the $3,649 since we did not receive any service
