Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation started in May 2018 in Orlando, Florida. It helped people get out of unwanted timeshare contracts. At first, customers liked the company for its easy process, free consultation, and 100% Money-Back Guarantee. But in 2023, things changed. Lucas Law Firm stopped representing the company. Many customers complained about the lack of communication with their service as their phone lines gradually became disconnected and emails would start to auto return. Now, many believe the company has closed its doors.
― The Early Glory Days
In its early days, Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation was synonymous with reliability and effectiveness. The firm’s primary goal was to assist clients in cancelling their timeshare contracts, alleviating the financial burden of timeshare mortgages and maintenance fees. Customers often highlighted the company’s excellent customer service, quick results, and thorough assistance as key attributes that set it apart from others in the industry.

I am beyond excited to share my experience with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation as the process was easier than I anticipated. I originally spoke with Brianna and she broke the process down step by step for me and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen. She was very respectful throughout our conversations and had an answer to all of my questions. I fully understood the process and knew Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation had the situation under control. They were reasonable and worked with me throughout the entire process. In my moments of doubt, I knew I could contact Brianna and she would reassure me with the facts. Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation really does what they say they’re going to do and the best part is, the keep in contact with you! They made it stress free and easy for me. I can finally say I am timeshare free! I got my release directly from the Bluegreen and they even helped me dispute the report on my credit. I no longer have to worry about my outlandish monthly payments or life long maintenance fees. Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation saved me from the burden that is a timeshare. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get out from under their timeshare.
This positive aura was further accentuated by good ratings on several review platforms, although the company currently holds a “NR” rating on BBB, reviews mentioned professional conduct and successful timeshare cancellations for a low price3. However, a change was on the horizon, and it started with a shift in the company’s payment structure. The removal of the escrow payment option was the first sign of a shift that didn’t sit well with some customers. ― The 2023 Downfall
The year 2023 marked a significant turning point for Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation. The Lucas Law Firm, a key player in its legal representation, severed ties with the company on February 24, 2023, as indicated to the BBB. This development significantly dented the company’s credibility, as legal representation often serves as a cornerstone of trust in the timeshare exit industry. Around the same time, the firm began to face a barrage of negative reviews and complaints from disgruntled customers, many of whom cited unresponsive customer service, unhelpful staff, and slow processes as the main pain points.

I contracted Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation to help cancel my timeshare in March 2022. They were very professional, and I did everything I was told to do. Everything was ok until my year came up (or so I thought). I got all of the update letters. I was told not to contact the timeshare and to send all correspondence to them. I was told not to contact the timeshare and to not pay anymore money. I did everything I was supposed to do. Now I find out that it was all a scam. I trusted in this company to help me with my timeshare cancellation. Now they are gone. What a crappy place this is. They are liars and cheats. They should be ashamed of themselves! How dare you do this to all of these people. You will be caught sooner or later. Now I know you are in another business and started other company’s in the name of Sapphire. Sapphire Consulting is it? Same people that were in this group. I want my money back. What can I do?
― Unaddressed Grievances, Closure, and a Trail of Discontent
Customers’ grievances were far from isolated incidents; instead, they painted a consistent picture of dissatisfaction across various review platforms. A notable complaint from a customer on ComplaintsBoard.com detailed a frustrating experience of a protracted cancellation process that extended beyond the initially assured eight months. The Business Consumer Alliance also recorded a complaint against the company, although it was resolved, hinting at a pattern of dissatisfaction amongst its clientele. These complaints were not just mere blips but indicative of a broader pattern of declining service quality, as echoed across different review platforms.

I’m trying to find out if this company went out of business. I paid $3800 up front for my Westgate Timeshare to be released from my liability in early 2019. Your company promised me release with a money back guarantee. It’s been almost 4 years – though I have gotten some responses throughout the years – nothing significant has been done. I finally started to demand some relief once 3 years have lapsed and now they have stopped answering my calls. I called the company next door to their supposed physical location and I was told that the tenant moved out some months ago. I tried to contact Mark Anderson the person I spoke with and convinced to hire this company and found that there is a lawsuit against him. I was also sent to credit zap who was supposed to help to protect my credit and I see that they’re part of the lawsuit as well. My credit is trashed. I am in collection and. They have done a name change in Sunbiz and are now called Sapphire Consulting Services located on Magnolia Ave. I am officially at a loss. I am getting ready to contact the Better Business Bureau but I’m making one last ditch effort to see if I can contact any managers or any employees of this company to see if there’s any hope of getting a refund Can someone read this and please help me. I need to contact the registered agent or the owner Chelsea W. My research has also led me to a Jeremiah Smith and Shana Wiles. Hoping that someone can reach out to me and assist. Thank you!
The crescendo of complaints and grievances seemingly led to an apparent closure of Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation, leaving numerous customers in a lurch. The inability of customers to get in touch with the company further exacerbated the situation, fueling a trail of discontent and mistrust. This closure marked a stark contrast from the promising beginnings of the company in 2018, showcasing a dramatic reversal of fortunes.
