Any mail for him I returned to sender marked Deceased-Return to sender. Now I am receiving formal notices for sale of the two units. MY NAME WAS NEVER ON THESE TIMESHARES. They are telling me that if I don’t pay $12.000 by 9/12 they will sell the timeshares and I would be resposible for paying the difference between the sale amount and the selling price. Can a closed Estate be reopened for this reasonn in New Hampshire???? Again, i was never listed as part owner of the timeshares. What is the next step I should take????
