Fraud/scam – whatever you call it – do. It give them any money. We paid to extend something to “lifetime” use. So angry we fell for it.

Once we had access to the website on our own We found this was not for us and now no one will talk to us about getting a refund. We are out $6000 customer service says we need to contact sales but will not give us a number to reach sales on. I also matched pricing and can get better discounts on my own, it would takes years to recoup the $6000 and than have to pay a year fee for the services. It worth it!

On 12/26/19, contracted with them to rent my timeshare and sent them $2000 as requested. Ms. Sandra ****** promised it would only take 60-90 days to find a renter. I called them back in April 2020, a gentleman advised that due to Covid, unable to rent out anything and to please give them more time. I have not heard nor received any information regarding this contract since then. Nor have I been able to reach them. They do not deserve my business, nor anyone else’s. I will give them an undeserved 1 rating, only because I want to make sure this review is counted.
