Escape Resolutions, founded in Springfield, Missouri in 2013, operated as a timeshare exit company until its closure in 2019. Owned by Travis Dibben, the company initially positioned itself to assist timeshare owners in legally and safely terminating their contracts. However, as time progressed, numerous complaints surfaced regarding Escape Resolutions’ failure to fulfill its commitments to clients.
The company faced severe scrutiny and criticism for its inability to deliver promised services. Reports indicate that over $280,000 was collected from more than 60 clients without completing the contracted work. This situation led to widespread dissatisfaction among customers who had hoped to rid themselves of burdensome timeshare obligations.

This company may be out of business. I cannot get a return call or e-mail. I know that they had 9 months to complete what they agreed to do and told me was being done. it is not done and I cannot get any response. They claimed 5 months after they said they had send my fine to the closing firm they were missing a form; which i was certain I had send. I send it again and yet 4 months later nothing. my advice would be to stay away from this company. Look even if they had not gotten the firm how unprofessional is it they did not notice it until . I called in September to see what was going on. Please stay away form this firm.

I signed up with this company to get rid of my timeshare. I signed up with them in 2017. They haven’t done anything with the timeshare. They never paid the company that held her timeshare. Now we can’t get a hold of this company. We heard from them months ago and Ashlan told her someone had died and she was taking over. I haven’t heard anything since then.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) played a pivotal role in highlighting issues with Escape Resolutions. Multiple warnings were issued, citing a pattern of complaints related to unfulfilled agreements and poor customer service. These warnings served as a red flag for potential customers, urging them to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before engaging with any timeshare exit service provider.
Escape Resolutions’ closure in 2019 serves as a stark reminder of the risks associated with the timeshare exit industry. Many customers were left in financial distress, having paid substantial fees without receiving the promised relief from their timeshare obligations. This unfortunate scenario underscores the importance of due diligence when selecting a company to handle timeshare exits, emphasizing the need to verify credentials, review customer feedback, and explore legal protections.
