Elite Consulting Group, based in Nixa, Missouri, once operated as a timeshare exit company. They aimed to assist timeshare owners in exiting their contracts. However, the company appears to have ceased operations. The company’s website is no longer accessible, and they lack a presence on social media. Despite this, according to Missouri Secretary of State business records, Elite Consulting Group is technically still considered active due to having filed for perpetual business duration. This review delves into the company’s background, services, customer experiences, and ultimate downfall.
━ About Elite Consulting Group
Elite Consulting Group was established with the mission of providing timeshare owners a way out of their binding contracts. They marketed themselves as specialists in the field, offering expertise and personalized services to ease the exit process for their clients. Despite these claims, the company’s lack of Better Business Bureau (BBB) accreditation and a B- BBB rating cast doubt on their reliability and professionalism.
━ Customer Experiences and Feedback
Customer reviews paint a grim picture of Elite Consulting Group‘s operations. The company holds a dismal 1-star rating out of 5 on the BBB website, primarily due to negative feedback from clients. Complaints frequently highlight issues such as poor communication, unmet promises, and ineffective services. Many customers reported paying substantial fees upfront, only to receive little to no assistance in return.

Believe that we were taken advantage of as we spent $6,675 to get out of our timeshare. We signed a contract that we would get our money back if they were unable to help us. Three and half years later we are out of the money and cant get ahold of anyone to get it back.
━ Decline and Cessation of Operations
Based on customer feedback, it appears that Elite Consulting Group most likely went out of business during 2021. Numerous clients have reported being unable to contact the company since then, suggesting a sudden and unannounced closure. The company’s disappearance from the digital space, coupled with the inaccessibility of their website, further supports this conclusion. However, the company’s status as active in the Missouri Secretary of State business records due to their perpetual business duration filing adds an intriguing layer to their story.

We were promised from Elite Consulting Group that they will help us exit out of our Time Share located in *********, **. They also promised (100% money back guarantee, after 2 years). We paid them the grand total of $5993.99 back on Jul 13, 2020. I have called several times, I’ve being ignored completely with no follow *** on their part.
━ Closing Thoughts
Elite Consulting Group‘s journey in the timeshare exit industry seems to have been fraught with challenges and dissatisfied customers. The company’s poor BBB rating and negative reviews underscore the issues that led to their downfall. While their initial promise to help timeshare owners was appealing, their inability to deliver on these promises ultimately resulted in their exit from the market. For those seeking timeshare exit solutions, it serves as a cautionary tale about thoroughly vetting companies and considering their track record before committing to their services. Despite their active status in business records, the lack of operational presence makes their case even more complex and cautionary.
Below is a list of Elite Consulting Group‘s social media, however it is unknown whether or not any of them are still being monitored:
